The WBN Trust Centre was created because governance documents buried in footer links are not transparency — they are the appearance of transparency. WBN built this portal as a genuine commitment to openness: a place where anyone who wants to understand how this organisation operates can find clear, complete, and current answers.

WBN is an AI-enabled global media and intelligence company operating across multiple jurisdictions, serving audiences that include business professionals, journalists, researchers, governments, and members of the public. The decisions we make about how we collect and protect information, how our AI systems operate, how our journalism is governed, and how we handle commercial relationships affect real people. Those people deserve to understand those decisions — and to hold us to the standards we have publicly committed to.

This Trust Centre is a living portal. New governance documents are added as WBN's operations expand. Existing documents are revised when practices, law, or technology change. Every update is logged in the Governance Updates section and reflected in document version numbers and timestamps. Nothing is silently changed — every revision is dated and previous versions are available on request.

The Trust Centre is organized into eight Governance Domains — thematic groupings that reflect how WBN's governance operates across different dimensions of the business. Every document belongs to a primary domain and may reference related documents in other domains.

• By domain. Use the Governance Domains section to browse all documents within a category — Privacy & Data, Editorial Standards, AI Governance, and so on. If you know the general topic, this is the fastest route.
• By quick navigation. The navigation bar at the top of this portal links directly to each major section. Use it to jump to the Documents section, the Contact section, the FAQ, or any other area of the portal.
• By document. Each document card shows the document title, a brief description, its version, status, and a direct link. Click "Read" to go directly to the document on its own published page.
• By contact. If you cannot find what you need, the Contact section provides specific email addresses for every governance function at WBN. Our team responds to all good-faith governance enquiries.

WBN's governance documents are designed to work as a connected framework rather than isolated policies. The Ethics & Integrity Charter establishes the overarching principles. The Editorial Standards, Responsible AI Policy, and Privacy Policy apply those principles to specific operational domains. The Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, and other documents govern specific relationships and interactions. Where one document references another, that cross-reference is intentional and meaningful.

WBN's governance framework is the connected architecture of standards, policies, principles, and accountability mechanisms that governs every dimension of how WBN News Corp operates. It is not a collection of independent documents — it is an integrated system in which each element supports and reinforces the others.

The framework operates at three levels. At the foundation are WBN's Governance Principles — the values and commitments that underpin every other document and every operational decision. Above that are the Governance Domains — the eight thematic areas into which all of WBN's specific policies are organized. Within each domain, individual documents establish the specific standards, processes, and obligations that apply to that area.

WBN's governance framework exists to serve its mission — to inform, to explain, to scrutinise, and to connect. Editorial governance ensures the journalism is trustworthy. AI governance ensures the technology serves the journalism rather than undermining it. Privacy and security governance protects the people who trust WBN with their information. Legal governance provides the stable framework within which commercial relationships operate honestly. Together, these systems allow WBN to operate at scale without sacrificing the accountability and integrity that its audiences depend on.

These twelve principles are the foundation of WBN's governance framework. They are not aspirational statements — they are operative commitments that apply to every decision, every document, and every interaction across WBN's operations. Every policy in this Trust Centre reflects them, and every departure from them is a governance failure that WBN takes seriously.

Every governance document in the WBN Trust Centre passes through a defined lifecycle — from initial identification of the need, through drafting, review, approval, and publication, to ongoing monitoring, revision, and eventual archiving. Understanding this process helps stakeholders know why documents exist, how current they are, and what happens when they change.
