Beyond Advertising.
Into Community Commerce.

A strategic framework for combining community media, consulting, business development and performance-based distribution partnerships.

Connecting Communities. Creating Customers. Sharing Revenue.
SECTION 01

Executive Overview

WBN News Global is expanding beyond traditional advertising into a coordinated model of media, consulting, business development and community-powered commerce.

The WBN Community Commerce Network™ (CCN) is designed to connect selected businesses and service providers with relevant audiences, trusted relationships and commercial opportunities across the WBN ecosystem. Rather than simply selling impressions, CCN aims to create meaningful introductions, measurable customer acquisition and durable business relationships.

“You’re not just an advertiser. You’re a Community Commerce Partner.”

CCN is a developing commercial initiative. Its proposed distribution, referral and reporting capabilities will be introduced and expanded as individual partnerships and systems are activated.

SECTION 02

Three Commercial Pillars

01

Media & Marketing

Advertising, sponsored campaigns, audience development, promotional content and distribution through participating WBN publications and digital channels.

02

Consulting & Business Development

Strategic advisory, market research, go-to-market planning, sales and channel development, marketing support, technology and AI enablement, and specialist services.

03

Community Commerce

Curated product introductions, affiliate and referral programs, community-based distribution and negotiated performance or recurring revenue partnerships.

Partners may engage through one pillar or a tailored combination, depending on their goals and the channels and services available.

SECTION 03

The WBN Advantage

One Relationship. Multiple Commercial Opportunities.

A company may begin with a consulting engagement, commission a media campaign, or qualify for an ongoing CCN product distribution partnership. These are distinct offerings that can reinforce one another without requiring participation in all three.

Potential routes to market include participating WBN local and specialized publications, HomeTown Social™, business networking relationships, curated directories and digital platforms. Access to any channel is subject to fit, approval, operational readiness and the terms of the partnership.

We bring the network. You bring the product or expertise. Together, we create opportunity.
SECTION 04

Consulting & Professional Services

CCN's consulting model supports both WBN-led assignments and engagements delivered with qualified independent specialists. Proposed service areas include:

Strategy & Market Entry

Commercial assessments, business models, competitive research, positioning and expansion plans.

Sales & Partnerships

Referral program design, channel development, business introductions and go-to-market execution.

Marketing & Communications

Brand strategy, content, campaigns, product messaging and customer engagement.

Digital, AI & Intelligence

Technology assessment, workflow automation, digital enablement, research and performance analysis.

Consulting may be priced by project, retainer or other agreed arrangement. Scope, specialist qualifications, deliverables and fees will be documented for each engagement.

SECTION 05

Founding Product Partnership: Tasti.io

WBN has signed an affiliate agreement with Tasti.io, establishing the first product relationship for the CCN rollout.

The proposed founding pilot will test product positioning, audience fit, community introductions, referral tracking, conversion performance and customer experience. Lessons from this pilot will inform future partner standards, operational workflows and expansion decisions.

The signed affiliate relationship does not, by itself, establish particular revenue results, distribution commitments or customer conversion rates. These will be evaluated during implementation.

SECTION 06

Partner Qualification & Launch

CCN proposes an eight-step internal process to qualify partners and manage commercial risk:

  1. Inquiry & Application — capture company, product, market and commercial objectives.
  2. Initial Qualification — assess community relevance and obvious risk factors.
  3. Product Validation & Due Diligence — verify the company, claims, operations and customer experience.
  4. Commercial Feasibility — review pricing, commissions, acquisition costs and distribution economics.
  5. Agreement — document terms, attribution, payments, permissions and responsibilities.
  6. Market Strategy — prepare channels, messaging, tracking and a 90-day pilot plan.
  7. Controlled Launch — test results in selected markets and channels.
  8. Review & Expansion — scale, improve, pause or exit based on evidence.

Approval gates: product credibility, commercial viability and demonstrated pilot performance. An application does not guarantee acceptance.

SECTION 07

Revenue & Participation Model

Depending on the commercial arrangement, CCN may generate revenue from advertising and media campaigns, consulting projects, advisory retainers, affiliate commissions, referral fees, recurring revenue shares and hybrid engagements.

WBN intends to explore compensation structures for participating publishers, consultants, business development associates and community ambassadors where contracts and applicable rules permit. Referral and payout terms must be defined in writing, with clear attribution, refund and cancellation treatment.

The goal is a sustainable model that creates value for customers, product partners, WBN and participating community contributors—not simply additional advertising inventory.

SECTION 08

Operating Infrastructure & Measurement

CCN plans to develop a standardized partner pipeline and reporting framework. Proposed capabilities include partner records, agreements, referral attribution, lead status, conversion reporting, commission reconciliation and account management.

Performance measures may include qualified introductions, demo-to-customer conversion, revenue per customer, acquisition cost, customer retention and net contribution after distribution costs.

These are planned operating capabilities; reporting depth will depend on the systems, partner data access and integrations actually in place.

SECTION 09

Community Trust & Editorial Independence

CCN's long-term value depends on the credibility of products and services introduced to WBN communities. Partner screening should consider customer benefit, reputation, legal and regulatory suitability, privacy practices and service reliability.

Commercial arrangements, affiliate relationships and sponsored placements must be disclosed appropriately. Independent editorial coverage must not be purchased or determined by a commercial partnership.

Not every applicant will qualify for CCN, and not every advertising customer will become a distribution partner.

SECTION 10

Long-Term Vision & Invitation

CCN is intended to grow into a diversified portfolio of selected products, consulting capabilities and distribution partnerships serving communities, entrepreneurs and businesses across participating markets.

For companies, it offers a potential new route to market. For consultants and network associates, it offers a structured way to contribute expertise and commercial introductions. For WBN, it offers a complementary business model alongside community media.

We don’t just help you advertise your business. We help you build and grow it.

Companies, consultants, service providers and potential distribution partners are invited to discuss opportunities with WBN.
