How to Use This Manual
Navigation and tagging conventions
Sections
Every entry belongs to exactly one section: Onboarding, How We Work, Policies, Playbooks, or Reference. Use the Browse tab to filter by section.
Search
The search box matches on title, summary, and owning team — useful if you don't know which section something lives in.
Ownership
Each entry lists an owner — the team accountable for keeping it accurate. If something looks wrong, that's who to ask.
Review Stamps
Every entry shows when it was last reviewed. Entries flagged needs review are past the review window and may be out of date.
About This Manual
Purpose
A single, searchable home for how the company operates — onboarding, processes, policies, and playbooks — separate from customer-facing trust/security documentation.
Governance
Each section has an accountable owner and a review cadence. Stale entries are flagged automatically rather than left to silently rot.
Where Content Lives
Entries are written and edited in Ghost as regular posts, tagged by section. This page reads from Ghost live — it doesn't store manual content itself.
Access
This page is for internal use. If a section needs to be restricted, gate it at the Ghost membership level rather than relying on this page alone.
